Q：如何繳交學費？How can I pay tuition fee?
A：學費是按當月之堂數收取，請 貴家長於最後一課前繳交下期學費，以便留位。
付款方式可通過銀行過數、轉數快、PayPal。(*學費已包電子版教科書及教材，如需實體課本，會以郵寄方式送遞)
Tuition fees should be paid monthly in advance on the final lesson of each month in order to ensure space availability. We accept payment by bank transfer, FPS and PayPal. Tuition fees have included digital textbooks and worksheets, and will be delivered by mail if paper textbooks are required.
Q：家長怎樣知道孩子的學習進度？How can parents know about their children's learning progress?
A：我們老師會定期跟學生進行學習進度評估，並且每兩個月提供最新的學習報告，包括上課內容總覽、學習表現、作業成績，讓家長和學生了解最新的學習進度。同時，透過班級通訊群組，加強與家長們的溝通，了解學生的學習情況.
Our teachers will assess students' learning progress regularly, and inform parents with progress reports every two months, including course content overview, learning performance and homework. Also, through the classroom communication group helps to strengthen communication with parents, focusing particularly on the learning progress of their children.
Q：如何協助學生完成作業？How to support students with their homework?
A：我們老師根據學生的程度以及上課主題，設計有趣及適合的課後作業，包括書寫工作紙及語音練習任務，透過班級通訊群組，老師親自講解/拍片指引學生如何完成作業題目，課內課外都陪著學生持續進步。
Teachers catered for the needs of students and designed worksheets and oral practices best fit their levels and interests. Through the classroom communication group, teachers explain and guide students on how to complete homework, and accompany students to continuous progress within and after class.
A：學生如因事需請事假不能上課，怎麼辦？What should a student do if he/she needs to be absent due to personal reasons/sickness?
Q：學生如需請假不能上課，必須於上課24小時前通知我們 ，並安排補課。所有補課必須於請假日起計算一個月內補回，不可累積，亦不能退回課堂之費用。
If a student needs to skip a class, he/she must inform us at least 24 hours before the class, and arrange a makeup class. All makeup class quota must be used within one month from leave day. Quota cannot be accumulated and cannot be refunded.
